As dedicated as she is versatile, Josefa is a highly capable project manager with an excellent understanding of the hospitality industry – having written her bachelor's thesis on the impact of the pandemic on German company caterers. She spent much of her early career working for a communications agency – becoming an integral part of their internal hospitality team, developing restaurant concepts and crafting tenders for renowned German catering companies. Since joining WSP in March 2020, Josefa has become a crucial member of the team, responsible for analysing competitive landscapes, offering valuable insights into market dynamics, and regional nuances across different countries. She is fluent in both German and English.
