Rebecca has led the growth and expansion of both emerging foodservice brands and Fortune 500 companies, including Darden Restaurants. A Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), Rebecca has spent the majority of her career in franchising (both franchisee and franchisor side) and has developed numerous concepts across the Americas, Middle East, and Europe. As a Partner and Head of International Expansion and Franchising Advisory, Rebecca is responsible for advising our clients on the formation of their development strategies, while also leading the business development team in the execution of our clients’ expansion and growth strategies across EMEA. Her authority on this topic is well recognised within the industry ­– as a guest author, speaker and mentor. She is a native English speaker, with professional proficiency in Spanish and basic Italian.
