Nick works in our strategic advisory team. His primary role involves collaborating with brands to evaluate their business and create growth strategies for expanding into new markets in Europe and the Middle East. Over the past twelve years, Nick has gained a wealth of experience in the food retail and restaurant sectors, focusing on growing franchise businesses across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. He has a strong background in international development, having spent eight years with the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group in the UK. During his time there, he worked in the international team, working on new market entry, strategic business growth, concept development, and financial analysis for its international business. His analytical ability, extensive experience, and comprehensive understanding of franchising and profitability make him a valuable asset for any brand looking to expand beyond their domestic market. He holds a degree in Business with Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Nottingham Trent University, and is a native English speaker.
